HI, I've Had The Mirena 5 Year Contraceptive For About

HI, I've had the Mirena 5 year contraceptive for about 5 years now and I can't get a hold of the clinic that did my procedure to figure out if it expires this month or next month. Would I be able to get pregnant after it expires or is there some time in which I can have it replaced. I have heard a number of different things, so I'm just trying to clarify.
