HI. My 9 Year Old Son Has Had Fever All

HI. My 9 year old son has had fever all day today and tylenol was not taking the fever down and i was giving him ibuprofen and tylenol together. I think i accidentally gave him 2 doses of ibuprofen of 2.5 teaspoons instead of one tylenol and one ibuprofen. ( i accidentally mixed up the bottles and after i gave it to him couldn't remember which one i had given him earlier?) what should i do?
