HI ,My Baby Is 2 Year Old And He Has

HI ,My baby is 2 year old and he has constipation form last 2 month ..he has lots of pain while passing the stool . he get scared to pass stool .I am giving him fiber food and all form last two week i am giving him gliserin .Doctor has suggest to give livoluk syrep for 15 days for 10ml and reduce the amount with 5ml .Pls help does it create any problem or side effect ?
