HI My Daughter Is 2 Yr Old .She Had Continuous

HI My daughter is 2 yr old .She had continuous fever for 3 days and after that doctor suggested for some tests .now she doesnt have fever but in report dengue is detected with result of 5.0.
Doctor told us to give ORS regularly and also enterogermina oral suspension 2 times for 3 days.
Can you suggest about the treatment going on. is it correct or we need to put some extra efforts. Platelates count is 1.51 lacs in todays report while it was 1.85 lac 3 days back
