HI For About Two Days I Have Been Smelling Sulphur

HI for about two days I have been smelling sulphur very strongly under my nose, off and on. there is no smelly garbage in the house or pipes. But since the last virus I had which I think was walking pnumonia I don't have much sense of smell or taste. thank you
