HI, Have Hashamotos And Low Cortisol Level At 11 In

HI, have hashamotos and low cortisol level at 11 in am. My antibodies over 1000 and had trouble taking thyroid. My tsh went from .99 to 2.41. I am just concern to start thyroid. i am working Physical therapy Assistant and my fatigue is bad. all i can do is just go to work and that is it. Pump alot coffee when working then crash. it sucks and stop dancing
