HI , I WENT TO SEE My Pain Management Doctor

HI , i WENT TO SEE my pain management doctor and was drug tested , i think i didn't do anything wrong but after waiting almost two hours the nurse came in and said sorry the doctor had to leave . IT was after five but i was there to get a shot of cortisone and ,the nurse said ok the doctors assitent would do it and he did ,then the nurse gave me pain meds for two weeks instead of my usal month and told me to come back in two weeks so the doctor could go over my 6 mris with me. I'M wondering if this is normal . I have only been in California for 4 months ,i was urine tested on my first visit . I had been with the same doctor in Maine for 15 years and have never experienced this some what bazar behavior. AM i worring for no reason?
