HI, I Have Been Taking A Birth Control Called Lolo

HI, i have been taking a birth control called Lolo for a few months now, and on the last thursday september 17th i had unprotected sex and continued to take my birth control however today i visited my doctor and was prescribed penicillin which i know can make the birth control not work anymore.. what do i do if i have already had unprotected sex? Im not sure if he released his sperm inside of me or not.
