HI I Have Had A Rash On My Chest That

HI i have had a rash on my chest that looks like a heat rash but seems to be spreading up my neck.......have had cold like symptoms and my neck is becoming stiffer?? I have been using a baby bottom cream up until today as my breast have been so itchy but I think it has been keeping the heat it?? Would love some advice kind regards chelle
