HI, I Have Recently Noticed A Small Lump Attach To

HI, i have recently noticed a small lump attach to my left testicle, i showed it to doctor they suggested ultrasound then in ultrasound it did not show so they refered me for some FNSC test but the doctor said FNSC is not possible as the lump is too small so finally my doctor gave me some two antibiotics for 2weeks and told to visit again, but from last two days i have little pain in my lower stomach, what should I do plz suggest should i take antibiotics or should I consult another doctor and which specialist should I consult? can this be a cancer as I read that lower abdomen pain is one of the symptom.plz help
