HI, I Have Very Regular Cycle (normally 27 Days). For

HI, i have very regular cycle (normally 27 days). For this cycle, on day 9 I did an ultrasound to measure the quality of my folicles and I had two - one was 16.8mm, the other was 10.8 mm. And on cycle day 13, i had another ultrasound, it looks like my follicles only 1.3 mm, and there's no fluid noted. My doc said normally if i ovulated, there would be fluid. So she is saying i either ovulated and need a blood work to see progestrone level on cd 19 to see if that confirms it, or i didn't ovulate this month. My question is did i ovulate? If not, is this condition normal? Is it treatable? Thank you so much, i'm waiting online...
