HI! I Normally Bathe My 5 Year Old Daughter Daily.

HI! i normally bathe my 5 year old daughter daily. Yesterday however we got home late and she did not have a bath. Today after gymnastics I noticed that her armpits smelled extremely badly, like body odor. I am concerned as this seems wrong for a child so young. Could this be a sign of something else? We do use organic milk, but do not eat other organic dairy products or organic beef.
