HI Iam Using 100mcg Levothyroxine For 2 And Half Months

HI iam using 100mcg levothyroxine for 2 and half months when i have 21 tsh (high) but now my tsh is 0.12(low) . my weight is 50kgs. age 27. iam suggested to use 88mcg levothyroxine daily. now my question is can i use 100 mcg for 6days per weak and no medicine on 7th day?
