HI I'm Having Some Kind Of Flue .. Sore Throat

HI i'm having some kind of flue .. sore throat , cough , runny nose , itchy eyes .. every time i get this kind of flue i buy Allegra D over the counter take it for few days & i ge better .. i did not find it so i got Sinus PE + Allergy from CVS i took 3 tablets already one ever 4 hours is this the same as Allegra D ? (IT WAS 2 TABLETS EVERY 4 HOURS). Thanks
