HI, My 2 Year Old Son Is Having Fever Since

HI, my 2 year old son is having fever since last Thursday. the doctor did blood test, urine test, dengue and typhoid test and also the chest x-ray, which were all negative. However since today morning he has stopped eating and refuses to take any food. We are force feeding him water and vegetable soup.
Kindly advise what to do.
