HI, My 4.5 Years Son Had Typhoid Last Month. His

HI, my 4.5 years son had typhoid last month. his body temperature is still 98 most of the time. is it OK? what precautions we should take? We havent vaccinated him for typhoid, shall we vaccinate him after 1.5 month as doctor suggested us. please keep in mind that he had 101 fever in this month as well and the doctors gave medicines for malaria and an antiboitic. when should we vaccinate him for typhoid? He never vaccinated for typhoid before. Is it necessary to bald him or shave his head to prevent hair loss?
