HI, My 5 Year Old Grand Daughter Has Been Running

HI, my 5 year old grand daughter has been running a low grade fever off and on for a week today she developed a fever during church. Slept through church and has been in bed all day. Her fever at 11:00 was 101.8 tonight it is around 102.0 her normal temp is 97.6 . It has been fluctuating all day but has not gone lower than 99.9 . She is complaining of leg pain in right leg above and below knee.
Planning to call doctors office in morning . Should I be concerned tonight and not wait until morning?
