HI My Dad Just Had Two Burr Holes Done To

HI my dad just had two burr holes done to irrigate and evacute (chronic subdural hematoma). After 5 days, he has urine and lung infection. he has dementia, and only now they stopped epilim and treat infections. Its been 8 days now, his infection is treated. CT scan shows that his CSDH is now back at 80%. The surgeons wants again to evacuate the blood with no guarantee of another recurrence. What is your advise
