HI My Daughter Is Two Years Old She Is Getting

HI my daughter is two years old she is getting fever from last 5 days ..initially after having meftal fever came down. But after 4th day she got high fever upto 104 .she is having high fever 102 103 from the day fever has come .because she was having pain while peeing so doc prescribed urine test and blood test for malaria, typhoid, crp .in urine border line infection is there and crp is high nearly 70 when 40-45 is range. She is getting recurrent fever only 1 2 degree get down with meftal and crocin I'm giving doses after every three hours now ..she started antibiotic also now .. Today is first dose of antibiotic ..fever only better for three hours I m worried ..please suggest
