HI, My Husband Is 63 Y.o With H/O Afib And

HI, my husband is 63 y.o with H/O Afib and prostectomy in early October. We've been at higher altitudes - 5000 to 8000 feet over the past week and he has been so tired and cannot. Get warm though does not seem to be febrile. One med HS on is aspirin, could he feel more cold at higher altitudes?
