HI, My Mum Is 63 And She Won't Go To

HI, my mum is 63 and she won't go to the doctor but Im getting really worried about her. She recently has been suffering from severe onset memory loss and had a pain in her leg and is getting dizzy spells a number of times through the day. I don't really know fits serious and if I should force her to go to the doctors as she doesn't want to go.
