HI, My Question Is......what Cases Cramps Under The Breasts....well Right

HI, my question is......what cases cramps under the breasts....well right below them? Today I had a really bad one on the right side and get them on the left as well and sometimes down the sides.....if I curl up they go away or put my arms up.....I just want to know how I can avoid getting them and where they come from?
