HI, Recently I Have Had This Itching On Both Of

HI, recently I have had this itching on both of my butt cheeks. At first it was on one spot but then it spreaded, it itches and it it burns. But I think it burns because ive scratched it so much and then put aveno itching relief on it. also tried gold bond itching relief. it helps for awhile but then start itching again. I thought that maybe it was from the material in my pants that I was wearing. this is not herpes is it?!
