I am 27 years old and a smoker. For the past month I have had neck pain I went to the Dr. And she said I had a sinus infection even though I have no symptoms. She put me on prednisone. I can feel a hard swollen lymph node on the same side and area as the neck pain and the tonsil on that side is slightly larger I am concerned this could be cancer!!!!
