HI There. I Seem To Have Some Sort Of Reaction

HI there. I seem to have some sort of reaction and now little red bumps are sprouting on my body. I went fishing two days ago and could be from sand flies. They aren't really itchy or anything but I just recently got tattooed on my leg and have been using beupanthen and a moisturizer.
