HI Well I Don't Know If It Was A Mole

HI well I don't know if it was a mole or a bump but I saw it and it was kind of itchy and I picked on it then the next thing I knew it got bigger and bigger and I picked at it because it was irritating me when I put on certain jeans or shirts and it itches me and that's when I peel the scab it has on it and puss comes out and then I put cream on it so it can heal but it itches me a lot so I pick at it and my mom tells me not to pick at it and when I stretch it to so it wont feel itchy the puss comes out and I itch a little it is really irritating me please help I don't want this on my stomach I want to be able to wear things without anyone keep saying eww what is that on my stomach.
