HI, Whenever I Public Speak I Get This Hot Burning

HI, whenever I public speak I get this hot burning sensation on the right (my right) side of my head. It seems like my hair is going to burn off, and it doesn't hurt too much, it just feels really hot. (and its just that one spot on my head) What is going on? I'm 15 and female and a bit confused as to why this is occurring.
