the cervix is healthy. the uterus has wide cavity, globular in shape and filling defects. the tubes are patent with irregular courses and good spillage on the right and scanty one on the left. there was no resistance while applying the dye.

2. bilateral chr. salpingitis
3. partial obstruction of the left tube at its fimbriated ends
