Had 3 Small Sore Spots Come Up On One Hand,

Had 3 small sore spots come up on one hand, doctored it with Iodine & seems to be helping, however, one small spot came on other hand & I put Iodine....it also seems that under my skin on both arms are many red places............the places that I placed Iodine on are itching somewhat......I am close to 80 years old and other wise very healthy.....
