Had Chiari Surgery 2 Months Ago...now I Feel Like My

Had Chiari surgery 2 months ago...now I feel like my brain wants to pop out back of head. Had pneumonia following surgery...coughing all the time. I had a csf leak in hospital. This is different. Could this be from patch...also dizziness upon standing..everything goes dark, takes a few seconds to have it go away.
