Had X-ray Done On Hand As Fell Into Metal Bed

Had X-ray done on hand as fell into metal bed frame. As I tripped so all my weight was on it. Said no fracture that they could see. So bandaged it that was Saturday. I'm still in pain across the hand and a bony bump has appeared could they have missed anything. They x-rayed the ulna and radius from elbow to wrist only as that's what hit the frame.
