Had A CT With Contrast Scan To Find Cause Of

Had a CT with contrast scan to find cause of rectum bleeding blood counts have been good. During the prep while drinking the solution I had 6 loose bowel movements with blood(acted like a colonoscopy prep). Have had no signs of anything wrong except blood in stool once a day. After the CT scan and since have felt extreme tired,cold at times. could my blood count be low
