Had A McDonald Cerclage 36 Hours Ago. Had 2 Incidents

Had a McDonald cerclage 36 hours ago. Had 2 incidents of red spotting after using bathroom before left hospital(which was told was normal) and nothing since until hour ago when had brown mucousy discharge with 3 very small red clots. Is this still considered normal?
