Had A PE In My Right Lung. On Blood Thinners.

Had a PE in my right lung. On blood thinners. Had hysterectomy sept 15 as I have ovarian cancer. After surgery my right lung did not totally re inflate. After a few weeks felt better. Just got back from a trip and flew home. Today I have pain in my right lung and hurts when I breath deeply. Can flying cause further issues when I have had these previous problems.
