Had A A Fever Of 102 With Severe Body Aches

Had a a fever of 102 with severe body aches and chills, and then it dropped down to 100 for about a day; still feeling tired and sore. Fever is now gone, but now every time I take a breath, I have a severe coughing fit. I feel like I cannot take a deep breath and my throat is sore and itchy. I’ve been taking Tylenol for the past three days since this started.
