Had A Cold And Was Treated With Bactrum Antibiotic And

Had a cold and was treated with bactrum antibiotic and a prednisone steroid. My cold was cured but I have nasal drainage that has lasted for over a month now. The fluid is like water, clear with no mucus, and it only happens when I bend over. When I drive it seems to clear up and if I look upwards it drains into my throat. I have had over the counter nose spray, a decongestant Dr prescribed nose spray and a flurisone nose spray Dr.prescribed antihistamine. None worked. I have also had a cat scan which no problems were detected. I went to an ENT and he touched something up in my nose which felt like the source of the pain and pressure but when I asked what he pressed he simply said he wanted a specimen of the nasal drainage to be tested. In order to give him a specimen I put a wad of tissue in the my nostril and bent over till the tissue was saturated then squeezed it into the sample container. It took 35 minutes to get 5cc of fluid which I consider to be a lot. I don't go back to the ENT for three weeks which will be a total of two months of leaky nose. I am a CNA and have to bend over while assisting with activities of daily living. I put a tissue plug in my nose just at the nostril opening never to high in there and wear a surgical mask. After an 8hour shift the pressure is much more severe than the beginning an I sometimes have a mild sinus headache which I take excedrin migrane or Aleve for. When I get home it takes 4 hours of sitting up before the drainage stops. At night I can only sleep for two hours before coughing myself awake. The cough produces no phlem it's more like when you drink and it goes down the wrong pipe. No sore throat,no fever, no watery eyes but lots of pressure including behind my eyes. Four doctors and an ENT with no answers. Plus making appointments 2-3 weeks apart makes me wonder if they are waiting for it to heal on its own. Any advise on relief or ideas on what's wrong would be appreciated.
