Had A Colonoscopy With Biopsy Of Small Bowel Labeled As
Had a colonoscopy with biopsy of small bowel labeled as terminal ileum. Diagnosis states mild chronic non-specific ileitis with no evidence of dysphasia. Colon labeled as random biopsies, benign colonic mucosa, no evidence of microscopic colitis or dysphasia. Can this be Crohns ?
