Had A Cough On Going For The Past 3weeks. A

Had a cough on going for the past 3weeks. A petechaie looking rash started last week followed by a sore throat and swollen glands. My tonsils are enlarged. A friend of mine currently has mono, i sipped off her drink about a week before she was diagnosed (almost a month ago). Could I have strep or mono?
