Had A Hospital Visit For Abdominal Pain And All Tests

Had a hospital visit for abdominal pain and all tests came back negative i.e. CT scans (chest and abdomen), blood work-ups, negative Endoscoopy, negative reflux, very minor esophageal dysmotility with a pill that passed with one sip of water, and PFT was normal. No skin presentations, no Reynaud's, Negative ANA-IFA test. Follow-up with PCP ordered auto-immune panel and everything was negative including ANA-IFA except the SCL-70 Antibody - 2.6. Does this really signify I have this super rare disorder without any other symptoms of it?
