Had A Laparotomy 2 Weeks Ago. Started Having Muscle Spasms

Had a laparotomy 2 weeks ago. Started having muscle spasms on right side, no biggie. Used a massager and heating pad to alleviate pain which was gone in 2 days. Now I have stabbing pain on the left left. Much more intense; made my knees buckle. My doctor's office is closed now, but I wanted to get some type of opinion in the mean time. Any ideas? Other than the repair two weeks ago, I am in good health, no meds, no other issues and I eat well, drink water & all that ...
