Had A Large Scab On Arm After Falling Off My

Had a large scab on arm after falling off my horse. It got infected, i took antibiotic and it got better and scab fell off. Now, a fluid filled blister has developed. Should I leave it of pop it? Could it be infected? I have low subclass immunoglobulin levels.
