Had A Loose Bowel Movement Today And After Flushing Saw

Had a loose bowel movement today and after flushing saw 3 red leaves. The leaf portion was the same length as the stem, all parts were a medium red and a translucency in from just inside the red edging. The only thing different I ate was a 12-multi grain bread the evening before but surely I would have noticed leaves, or can some inside me be 'growing' leaves. Overall the lengths of all 3 was about 3/4".
