Had A Major Dizziness And Temp Loss Of Conscieness A

Had a major dizziness and temp loss of conscieness a few weeks ago. Since then have had several episodes but not nearly as severe and no loss of conscience. Last week went to ER. They did EKG, blood work, and CT scan but nothing showed up. Still have symptoms.

Diagnosed with a vestibular disorder in right ear about 15 years ago. Feels somewhat similar but I never have had such severe vertigo or loss of conscience. Need advice on how to proceed.
