Had A Myomectomy Through MY Vagina. Had Anesthesia And Tube

Had a myomectomy through mY vagina. Had anesthesia and tube in throat. Well stopped taking codeine and ibuprofin on day 2 post op because My face is swolled up and it hurts to take a deep breathe or turn onto my side. Took a benedrill. Should I try taking the pain medicine again if im still sore tomorrow?
