Had A Really Bad Fall Forward And Broke My Nose,

Had a really bad fall forward and broke my nose, floor of r orbit , half zygomatic arch fracture, r orbit fracture, vomiting, vertigo, noise sensitivity, "sick sinus", no air or water movement in r sinus , headaches, all food tastes the same additionally broke r rib and lower back. I'm a female 68yrs old and had had 5yrs ago surgery on mandible where grew a bone off the mandible/and branch going to the TMJ. Also broke the condyle. Received prednisone, trigeminal pain impossible and too sharp to bear, memory problems and can't get appt until 30 April but have X-rays anc ct scan with positive findings with an atelectatic sinus. Incredible?
