Had A Small Lump On Right Hand Side Of My

Had a small lump on right hand side of my neck,went for fnac test test results were suggestive of Kochs infection,later went for monteox test and skin test was positive with IGRa test and Xray doctor confirmed as lymph node tb.
My physician started with anti tubular treatment after 3months of treatment the lump has vanished completely but for the past 1 month experiencing loss in weight upto 2 kg and chest infection. Now I doubt that if tb confirmed through IRGA is appropriate for tb treatment or am I in the wrong way?
