Had A Terribly Forceful Sneeze, Immediately Felt Sharp Pain, Now

Had a terribly forceful sneeze, immediately felt sharp pain, now the left side of my chest pains horribly when I move, cough, laugh, or breathe deeply. I took ex strength Advil, tried a heating pad, analgesic cream, nothing works. Feels worse now on the second day.
