Had A Thick Yellowish Jelly Discharge That Came From My

Had a thick yellowish jelly discharge that came from my anus.... no poo just that.... have already been diagnosed with hemorrhoids and an anal fissure but that has gotten alot better and now i have this jelly stuff instead... am having problems going to the toilet but not straining or anything... i feel like my butt is pushing out like it's trying to protrude outside...
