Had A Vasectomy Over Ten Years Ago. Wife Said Her

Had a vasectomy over ten years ago. Wife said her period was late. Examined myself and found two small lumps on vans deferens not painful. Wife did a pregnancy test and there was a strong positive line though it quickly faded to barely visible. What could be going on?
