Had A Very Odd Thing Happen Last Night Which Woke

Had a very odd thing happen last night which woke me up. Woke up with pain in both of my arms, specifically between the elbow and shoulder. Pain was equal on both sides, came on suddenly - not sharp per say, but fairly moderate to hard ache. Straightened out my arms and rolled on my back and after several minutes, hte pain migrated to my back towards my spine (equally on both sides). Felt some heat, tingle sensation on each side of my spine). Arms felt weakfish but I could raise them. Then it all went away. Could it be circulation that I was sleeping wrong? I am 50 years old, in good health but not overly fit and carrying about 20 extra pounds. Not on any serious meds (allergies).
